How long will it take for my case to arrive?

Your case should arrive within 1-3 working days if you are having it delivered in the UK or US. Within 3-7 working days in the EU and Australia, and within 5-14 working days for the rest of the world.

Does all the items arrive together?

While the cases you order do arrive all at once, the accessories and other items (this includes the 'special cases' which are also part of the accessories). Those might take longer to ship due to less controllable circumstances. 

In any case, we tend to ship at the same day.

Where can I get a gift card?

We currently don't have gift cards available, although because we realize the comfort it has and it's demand we soon will. Ask as by mail at sales@case-empire.com for updates.



What’s the difference between a LITE case and a PRO case? What is the difference between each of the cases?

Are your phone cases hard or soft?

Snap and Tough cases are made of Poly-carbonate material with a fixed shape and is a hard material, and not a soft rubber or silicon.

Folio cases are made from Faux leather which is a soft material.

Do you print my pictures on the sides of the case as well?

Yes we do! Thanks to our advanced machinery we can print on any point on the case, so your picture will be printed on the side of the case as well.

To ensure that your image wraps fully around the case please ensure that your image doesn't cross the blue dotted line in the case-maker.

What images can I upload?

We made it as easy as possible to choose any image you want and to upload it to our case-maker and create a custom case for yourself.

First, you have the option to upload an image from your computer.

Other than that, We work with several platforms for your comfort –

  • Google+ Plus

As well as some pre-made designs we offer for you under the "gallery" tab.

All is left for you to do is to choose you’re the design you want!

If for any reason you cannot or unable to make the design, you can email us at sales@case-empire.com with the photo you want to be on the case, and detailed instructions, and we will create it for you!

Will my image quality be good enough?

We recommend that your image is 300 DPI in order to make your case look beautiful!

What is 300DPI?

DPI means dots per inch. In printing, dots per inch (DPI) is the usual measure of printed image quality on the paper.

How can i find out if my image is 300DPI?

To find out an image’s DPI in Windows, right-click on the file name and select Properties Details. You’ll see the DPI in the Image section, labeled Horizontal Resolution and Vertical Resolution.

On a Mac, you need to open the image in Preview and select Tools > Adjust Size. It’s labelled Resolution.

What is DPI Explanation

When you see a warning about the quality of your image, it means that the final print on your case will be a little pixelated (like the upper image), instead of clear, like the lower image.

Are there limitations to what I can upload as a design?

As long as the image you upload is YOURS you have no problem at all. When this is not the case, you should make sure you have the license to print the photo you choose. Case Empire holds the right to refuse to print a design if there is a reason to believe it violates Copyright, Trademark, or if it include violent, abusive or harmful content.

I see a red warning that says "blue line is image size required for full wrap of case" am I doing something wrong?

It's ok. we chose to always show this massage to you, just in case. Because our technology allows you to print your image all over the case, you might miss something if not careful. To be sure, make sure your image is covering the blue dotted line. If it isn't, make it bigger with the "scale" bar (or the + and - on mobile).

How can I make changes to my order?

While placing an order make sure to check is everything is as you want it to be and that’s no mistakes were made. Be sure to check:

  1. Whether the phone type matches yours or the one you are buying the case for.
  2. Whether the case type is the one you need. For explanation about the types of cases click here.
  3. Printing – Make sure it's the right image, and that it fits well the phone. You can do it best using the fantastic "3D VIEW" feature we offer in our case-maker software.

MAKE SURE TO DO IT BEFORE THE ORDER, because changes cannot be made afterward, for the simple reason, that your case is sent to production on the same day, and it will not be possible to change it after printing.

How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

Orders sent before 12am are printed and shipped at the same day. After your order has been confirmed, we do our best to ship within HOURS! Most orders will be ready to be shipped at the same business day, and no more than 2 business day.

  • Business day = Monday – Friday.

Do you ship internationally? How long does shipping take?

I haven’t received my case, what do I do?

Please allow time (shown in the Answer above) for your case to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived within the specified time then please contact us on service@case-empire.com and we’ll investigate. 

How can I pay for my order?

We support PayPal, as well as credit cards, for your safety, you will make the payment through the PayPal payment platform as it proves itself to be very secure.

When I click on Proceed to PayPal or Place Order it tells me that my billing details are incorrect. What should I do?

Such a thing happens when you have mistakenly entered something incorrectly. Please make sure all information entered is 100% correct and there are no spelling mistakes. You will need to enter a valid Post or Zip code, your email address must be correct and a valid phone number must be entered. If the details are right but still the payment cannot be made, please contact us and we will get back to you shortly. I paid with my credit / debit card, why did I get an email from PayPal for confirmation?

For your own safety, Instead of processing your credit / debit card information directly on our site, we use PayPal as a mediator, which does it securely and minimizes the chance for anything to go wrong to nearly 0. To read more about our site's security click here.



I would like to place a large order for business. How can I do this?

We are able to do large shipments and are able to provide the goods within an amazingly fast time.

Can I work with you?
